About the job Mercor connects elite creative and technical talent with leading AI research labs. Position: Real Estate Brokers Type: Contract Compensation: $90–$110/hour Location: Remote Duration: 3–4 weeks Commitment: 30–40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Create deliverables addressing common requests within the real estate domain. Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research . Collaborate with AI research teams to diagnose and solve real-world issues. Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance . Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research while maintaining flexible hours . Qualifications Must-Have 4+ years professional experience in real estate . Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling skills.
