Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of assigned quality programs. Develop, implement, and monitor corrective action plans to improve process quality performance and address non-conformance trends. Conduct quality assurance contract reviews of customer quotes and orders. Develop source surveillance strategies and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). Review and approve documentation packages, supplier ITPs, and quality records. Communicate with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters. Lead the Management Review process and provide recommendations to senior leadership related to compliance and risk management. Review and interpret applicable technical codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to define quality assurance controls aligned with customer and regulatory requirements. Schedule, prepare for, and lead internal and external quality audits, including acting as the primary quality representative during audits. Identify quality training needs and deliver training to the Compliance Team and broader organization as required. Monitor industry trends and regulatory updates to proactively identify compliance requirements and improvement opportunities. Analyze quality and process performance data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement. Lead and support process improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization using existing corporate digital tools. Support supplier qualification, audits, and ongoing performance evaluation. Identify, assess, and support certifications or accreditations that align with organizational strategy and provide competitive advantage. Periodic travel to manufacturer and customer facilities, as required. Periodic inspection of commercial and nuclear grade products in house or in other locations, as applicable. Provide leadership and expertise to continuous improvement projects and quality-related initiatives. Support Compliance Team operations as needed and perform other related duties assigned by Management. Qualifications

University undergraduate degree in Engineering or a Technologist Diploma in an Engineering discipline. Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation is considered an asset. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a quality-related role, including at least 5 years supporting a specific quality program. Demonstrated experience managing a variety of quality-related customer and compliance situations. Expertise in role-specific internal systems aligned with a Quality Management System. Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and CSA Z299 / N299 standards. Knowledge of CSA N285 and other applicable ANSI, ASME, ASTM, and CSA standards related to process control equipment. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and material specifications. Experience with internal auditing and quality system compliance. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint. Understanding of workplace safety culture and applicable workplace applications. Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on complex issues. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present technical information clearly. High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills. Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and training capabilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and foster a culture of openness and continuous improvement. Customer-focused, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset. Ability to question existing processes and support change management and continuous improvement initiatives. Valid driver's license.
