As one of our senior leaders, you’ll lead the charge across multiple projects while maintaining quality control of the creative team’s output. From anticipating client callouts to ensuring production alignment with concepts, you’ll use your experience to identify and solve problems early, making the creative process smoother and stronger. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with clients to craft concepts and strategies that push them toward greater success, while staying ahead of industry trends that keep brands relevant. What You’ll Do
Partner with account and cross‑functional team leaders to manage senior‑level clients. Develop and deliver thought leadership and creative solutions that enhance clients’ visual market distinction. Direct creative strategy, execution, and all phases of creative work from concept through production. Foment proactivity within the creative team and nurture existing client relationships while inspiring the team with a clear creative vision. Promote continuous creative improvement and contribute to a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability. What We’re Looking For
8+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5+ years in a creative leadership role. Strong background in art direction, copywriting, photography, and design. Experience with alcohol brands and sports partnerships. Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with other creative platforms. Hands‑on approach with a passion for concept and craft. Ability to develop high‑level strategic creative and adapt to shifting goals. Demonstrated passion for social media and using it to solve brand/business challenges. Success in creating big ideas that forge emotional connections between consumers and brands. Strong storytelling, presentation, and collaborative leadership skills. Curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence, including willingness to work non‑standard hours when necessary. Base salary range: $120–150K CAD, plus bonus potential where applicable. Compensation decisions are dependent on market dynamics, location, experience, and other factors.
