We design and build high‑end gyro‑stabilized airborne camera systems as well as augmented reality software and hardware solutions used by law enforcement agencies, firefighters, military, television stations and cinematographers around the world. We are a small, high‑impact team where everyone contributes. We are looking for a "get‑it‑done" Operations Coordinator who thrives in a start‑up atmosphere. You will be the glue that holds the office together—handling everything from international shipping to ensuring the team has what they need and the lights stay on. If you are organized, proactive, and have a positive "no task too small" attitude, you’ll fit right in with our engineering team that is developing cutting‑edge technology. Key Responsibilities
Operations: Office management, organize common areas, greet visitors, liaise with vendors and on‑site services. Administration: General errands, data entry, and assisting the engineering team with administrative hurdles. Logistics: Manage incoming and outgoing domestic and international shipments, including customs documentation and tracking. Purchasing: Source, order, receive, and track inventory, engineering tools and supplies. Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in an administrative, logistics, or operations role with the ability to work independently under limited supervision. Tech Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and comfortable learning new software. Organization: Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive communicator, and a multitasker. Communication: Warm, professional personality that can connect with a wide range of personalities and roles. Logistics Savvy: Previous experience with shipping/receiving. Purchasing: Familiar with online purchasing and sourcing vendors. Desired Skills
Administration: Basic bookkeeping skills. Tech Literacy: Experience with Xero, QBO, or ERP systems. Communication: Able to speak "engineer". Logistics Savvy: Import/Export experience. Core Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required during peak periods. Benefits
