Job description
Sous la supervision du Directeur des communications, l’Agent(e) des communications et liaison communautaire offre un soutien stratégique et opérationnel afin de répondre aux besoins en communications internes et externes du Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF). Elle contribue à la visibilité du CÉF, à la mobilisation des communautés scolaires, au recrutement des élèves et au renforcement des relations avec les partenaires, en assurant une diffusion efficace, cohérente et ciblée de l’information. Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein. Exigences du posteCertificat ou diplôme en communications, relations publiques ou domaine connexe ;Trois à cinq années d’expérience pertinente en communications, mobilisation ou marketing ;Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit ;Connaissances informatiques : Word, Excel, PowerPoint et logiciels de conception graphique ;Discrétion (haut niveau de confidentialité) ;Connaissances en gestion de plateformes Web et réseaux sociaux ;Capacité de travailler en équipe et de manière autonome ;Fournir un rapport de ses antécédents judiciaires incluant la vérification du secteur vulnérable avant son entrée en fonction .
