Job description
We are currently recruiting for a major global client in the payments and events technology sector as they build their field operations team for a large-scale international soccer tournament in 2026.

In this role, you will serve as the hands-on execution engine for the client’s visual presence at major venues. You will work directly under an On-Site Supervisor to perform the physical installation, daily maintenance, and final removal of branding assets. Your goal is to ensure a pristine, consistent visual experience for fans along their path to purchase.

Does this sound like an exciting role to you?

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract opportunity.

Contract duration - Approximately 7 weeks (Project based)
Location - Assigned Venues in Vancouver (On-site required)
Hours of operation - Variable/Event-based shifts (Must be available for the entire duration including weekends/evenings as per event schedule)
Start Date - June, 2026 (Subject to vetting process starting Jan 2026)

Salary - ranges between 23.75/hr - 24.75/hr

Advantages
Opportunity to work on-site at a major global soccer event

Active, dynamic work environment (not a desk job)

Clear daily objectives and team-based support

Competitive hourly rate

Responsibilities
Execute Installation: Perform the physical installation of Point of Sale (POS) branding materials across the venue, ensuring all tactics are placed exactly according to visual guidelines.

Daily Compliance Checks: Conduct routine inspections of all payment environments before the venue opens to ensure branding is presentable and correctly displayed.

Maintenance & Refresh: Identify missing or damaged branding assets and immediately replace them using stock from the on-site storage room.

Inventory Support: Assist the Manager with accurate inventory counts and maintain a clean, organized storage facility shared with other teams.

Teardown & Disposal: Execute the complete removal of branding materials post-event, ensuring proper disposal at designated waste areas.

Operational Adherence: Follow strict schedules, arriving prior to event start times and remaining on-site until all post-event duties are completed.

Qualifications
Execution Focused: Ability to follow specific instructions and complete physical tasks with high attention to detail.

Work Ethic: A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude; comfortable with long workdays and the physical demands of installation (walking, lifting, standing).

Reliability: Punctual and committed to the full duration of the project without rotation.

Team Player: respectful and collaborative attitude towards colleagues and venue staff.

Language Skills: Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French (for Canada) or Spanish is considered a plus.
