Job description
Advance your career as a Human Resources Officer based in Coteau-du-Lac, QC. This full-time position is centered on staffing and recruitment tasks within the workplace.

This permanent role requires individuals who possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have one to two years of relevant HR experience. Responsibilities will include staff recruitment, organizing interview schedules, and maintaining essential HR documents—all requiring your physical presence at the job site.

Key Responsibilities: • Determine recruitment needs and staffing levels • Write and display job advertisements • Schedule and conduct interviews for candidates • Collaborate in the candidate evaluation process • Organize and preserve HR records and documentation

Requirements: • At least 1 year of HR/recruitment experience • Secondary diploma necessary • Excellent organizational and administrative skills • Must work physically in Coteau-du-Lac • Authorized to work in Canada
