Job description
Drive business growth as a Sales Development Representative at Patsnap in Toronto. Engage potential clients and build relationships while working in a hybrid environment.

In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers, introducing them to Patsnap's innovation intelligence platform. Your work will focus on identifying and qualifying leads, while collaborating closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to generate quality pipeline and meetings.

Key Responsibilities: • Engage prospects through calls, emails, and social media • Track leads using CRM and sales tools effectively • Collaborate on strategic sales plans with your team • Participate in ongoing product knowledge training • Stay updated on industry trends for effective outreach

Requirements: • 1–2 years of sales experience, customer-facing roles preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools • Proven track record of meeting sales targets • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
