TD Enterprise Finance is responsible for developing and delivering financial strategy, insights, and management support across TD Bank Group. This includes financial planning and analysis (FP&A), performance management, regulatory reporting, financial control, and the ongoing evolution of Finance systems and processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The CPA Associate Program, Finance & Accounting is a 30-month rotational program designed to develop future finance leaders pursuing the Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Candidates will be supported in following a work plan that is in the process of being approved by CPA Ontario, to ensure you meet the Professional Work Experience requirement.

This program provides a strong foundation in financial reporting, accounting, and FP&A, while also building capabilities in business partnering, data analysis, and finance transformation.

We are seeking candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, strong analytical thinking, a commitment to accuracy and quality, and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

What You’ll Do

Deliver Core Finance Value:

  • Support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management (FP&A)
  • Analyze financial and operational data to generate insights and identify trends
  • Apply structured problem-solving to support decision-making and business performance

Enable Decision Support:

  • Provide data-driven insights to business partners and leadership
  • Evaluate risks and opportunities
  • Communicate complex financial insights clearly

Contribute to Finance Evolution:

  • Improve processes and reporting efficiency
  • Support finance systems and data initiatives
  • Contribute to transformation efforts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking candidates who are committed to pursuing a career in Finance and Accounting and demonstrate both financial acumen combined with a strong orientation toward curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Educational Requirements

  • You are graduating in Spring 2027 with an undergraduate degree
  • You must be registered with CPA Ontario and have met the CPA Ontario admission requirements including:A recognized degree or equivalentAt least 120 credit hours (or equivalent)Meet the minimum GPA across those 120 credit hours, as outlined on the CPA Ontario website Successful completion of the Knowledge Assessment or CPA Qualifying Courses

This is a Toronto-based program starting in the Fall of 2027.
