Job description
Join Canadian Tire Corporation as an Administrative Assistant to senior executives in Toronto. This full-time, 12-month contract emphasizes a proactive approach in supporting high-level teams within a dynamic environment.

This role is perfect for detail-oriented professionals with at least 5 years of experience in high-pressure settings. You will directly support senior leaders by managing schedules, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient operations. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication skills are key for managing diverse administrative tasks like guest logistics and expense reporting.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive admin support to executives • Coordinate and manage complex meeting schedules • Setup meetings, including A/V and catering services • Engage with vendors and internal teams effectively • Track financial and budget-related documentation

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of executive support experience • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication capabilities • Strong problem-solving and project management skills • Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
