Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) — Tech / SaaS

SPANISH REQUIRED
  • Position Type: Full-time Independent Contractor.
  • Location & Timezone: Remote. Global pipeline sourcing is open, though candidates matching European or Americas business hours are highly preferred.
  • Base Compensation: €1,000 – €1,500 ($1,100 - $1,750)
  • Incentive Structure: Performance-based commission paths are integrated from day one, rewarding successful appointment execution, lead quality benchmarks, and contract closing milestones.
  • Target Start Date: June 2026 (Rapid 2-week sourcing cycle).

We are a cutting-edge cybersecurity startup founded in May 2025. We act as the ultimate security companion for the rapidly growing "AI-assisted/vibe coding" revolution. While generating code via AI is fast and highly productive, applications built this way inherently include up to three times more security vulnerabilities than code written by humans.

We ensure that automated code generation remains safe, secure, and compliant. Backed by marquee contract wins (including partnerships with European state public administrations) and an imminent security certification , we are building our sales department from the ground up to capture a market that is expanding by 2,500% year-over-year.

Role Mission

As our full-time, remote Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will own up to 75% of the early-to-mid-stage sales funnel. Instead of merely executing standard "A-B-C" outreach scripts, you will operate with an experimental, research-driven mindset. Your primary mission is to identify high-value target companies, map out structural decision-makers, execute high-volume outreach campaigns, and handle the first discovery calls to thoroughly qualify leads before handing them over to the executive team for closing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Lead Qualification

  • Meticulously research target sectors, focusing heavily on mid-market banking, insurance, and healthcare organizations that build internal applications or software platforms.
  • Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and run targeted market experiments to locate top corporate accounts that benefit from AI-assisted code remediation.
  • Thoroughly vet inbound and outbound leads during early engagements to ensure they are qualified, high-intent prospects before passing them to the CEO.

2. Multi-Channel Outbound Prospecting

  • Maintain a high-volume activity engine with a target of 100 to 150 structured touches daily across multi-channel streams, including cold emails, direct phone outreach, and creative LinkedIn messaging.
  • Write highly tailored, compelling, and professional technical copy for cold emails and social media campaigns to educate the market on AI code vulnerabilities.
  • Actively create buzz and build industry presence, positioning the company's upcoming regulatory certifications to relevant regional accounts and public administration stakeholders.

3. Pipeline Development & Account Strategy

  • Drive early-stage sales relationships, seamlessly transitioning qualified prospects from initial contact to booking concrete calendar slots for executive closure.
  • Independently manage and present the product during initial sales calls, outlining the high-level business case for the company.
  • Collaboratively build out core metrics and benchmarks alongside our sales leadership to map out long-term pipeline predictability.

Profile & Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Language: Complete fluency in written and spoken English with strong, clear, and highly engaging professional communication skills.
  • Bilingual Capability: Native or professional fluency in Spanish, helping bridge sales efforts between European and US expansion regions.
  • Commitment: 100% focused, dedicated full-time independent contractor (40 hours/week) with a strong work ethic.
  • Domain Exposure: Background selling business-to-business Software as a Service (B2B SaaS) or technical solutions. Must be comfortable speaking confidently with tech teams about application security.
  • Outbound Mastery: Demonstrated past success executing multi-channel prospecting flows, handling gatekeepers, and setting highly qualified discovery calls.

Preferred / Advantageous Skills (Not Required)

  • Industry Network: Existing contact networks or direct experience prospecting into compliance-heavy fields like banking, finance, insurance, or public healthcare sectors.

Success Metrics & KPIs

  • Activity Engine: Consistent daily baseline execution of 100–150 strategic touchpoints (Email/LinkedIn/Calls).
  • Pipeline Health: Total monthly qualified meetings set and early-stage discovery retention metrics.
  • Ramp-Up Schedule: Month 1 focuses on deep product immersion and technical baseline tracking. Month 2 shifts cleanly into building meeting volume. Month 3 requires stable pipeline development and scaling measurable downstream company revenue.
