Controller – Accounting ++ FILLED ++

Tasks

• Support daily operations.
• Supervise the full accounting cycle (payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger).
• Actively participate in the monthly closing process and end-of-month financial analyses.
• Analyze, reconcile, and monitor multiple balance sheet accounts.
• Record necessary accounting entries.
• Analyze and maintain various financial reports in Excel to support operations.
• Document processes and support the company’s growth.

Job requirements

• Relevant experience as a Controller, ideally in an SME or multi-entity group.
• Experience in payroll management and HR collaboration (strong asset).
• Strong autonomy, rigor, excellent analytical skills, and strong problem solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in a growing entrepreneurial environment.
• Knowledge of labor standards, CNESST (workplace accidents), and CCQ regulations (asset).
