Job description
Become a Client Services Clerk with the Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville, focusing on customer service at the Museum and Community Centre. This part time role supports community engagement through various tasks.

In this position, you will work 24 hours a week, mostly from Wednesday to Saturday, contributing to museum operations and offering tours to the public. Engage with diverse community members while performing clerical tasks, sales transactions, and assisting in special projects as needed. Flexibility in shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required depending on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors and provide museum tours • Manage rental inquiries and complete related sales • Perform clerical duties effectively • Participate in team activities and meetings • Assist with exhibitions and collections management projects

Requirements: • Experience in customer service roles • Flexibility in scheduling • Excellent verbal communication skills • Strong organizational abilities • Enthusiastic about community engagement and inclusivity
