Your new role
As the Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will take full ownership of the estimating department. You’ll lead and mentor a team of estimators, oversee all bid preparation, and work closely with executive leadership to influence strategic project pursuits. Your expertise will shapepetitive pricing, strengthen relationships with suppliers and sub‑trades, and refine internal estimating processes. This is a high‑impact role where your insights directly contribute topany growth and project success.
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this position, you should bring 8–10+ years of mechanical estimating experience, ideally from large‑scalemercial or high‑rise projects. Proficiency with AutoCAD, BlueBeam, and Accubid is essential. You’ll thrive here if you have proven leadership ability, a deep understanding of mechanical construction methodologies, and strongmunication skills that allow you to collaborate effectively with executives, project managers, and field teams. Personal transportation is required for site visits.
