Job description
Lead innovative program management at CMC Electronics as a Director, focusing on aerospace and defense. Shape strategic and operational initiatives while overseeing program managers in a dynamic environment. As the Director of Program Management at CMC Electronics, you will tackle complex challenges in aerospace and elevate team performance. Your role will encompass developing governance structures, setting priorities, and fostering engagement among program managers. You will also focus on coaching your team members, enhancing their customer understanding, and ensuring optimal operations within the customer service department. Key Responsibilities: • Establish effective governance structures for program management • Lead and motivate a team of Program Managers • Coach team in customer understanding and sales strategies • Monitor customer service department performance • Track KPIs and create recovery plans as necessary Requirements: • 12+ years of aerospace program leadership experience • Bachelor of Engineering; MBA preferred • Strong leadership and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively • Experience in multicultural and matrix environments Drive aerospace innovation and team success as the Director of Program Management at CMC Electronics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
