We are looking for a Manager to join our assurance team. The role will be based at an office of your choice in the Saguenay‑Lac‑St‑Jean region. What you'll accomplish

Coordinate and delegate work to professionals when carrying out mandates Guide and supervise staff to achieve project objectives Plan, organize and coordinate team work May be called upon to review more complex files, and to review less complex files on a summary basis. Prepare and review the final product (financial statements, taxes, etc.), and submit financial statements to the partner for final approval. Analyze and present financial statements to clients May be required to take on customer management responsibilities Ensure ongoing communication and follow‑up with customers Lead customers through more complex requests and special files Assume responsibilities related to the supervision and management of assigned resources (coaching, evaluations, etc.) Determine and monitor objectives and planning for files. Draw up time and fee budgets, and bill accordingly Prepare quotations and invoices in accordance with established policies Use sound judgment to analyze and resolve unusual situations Plan and carry out special projects Contribute to the development of staff knowledge and skills Participate actively in business development and in promoting the firm in the community, both with prospects and in the development of a new clientele. Ensure risk management (firm, professional and other legal standards) Collaborate and ensure quality control of work performed Plan staffing and training requirements Profile
