Job description
Elevate client relationships with Accommodations Plus International as a Technical Business Integration Manager. Oversee client onboarding and API integrations in a collaborative environment.

In this critical role, you'll manage the integration of new clients onto API's advanced platform, ensuring impactful partnerships in the travel sector. You'll bridge client needs with technical solutions, leading project milestones and delivering seamless implementations. This position is ideal for those passionate about customer-centric solutions and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead new client onboarding from requirements gathering to implementation • Advocate for clients in airline and rail integration projects • Collaborate on defining business requirements and specifications • Engage in sprint planning for product feature prioritization • Ensure quality through clear acceptance criteria and thorough testing

Requirements: • 6+ years of experience in product management and integration • Strong technical and business acumen with operational expertise • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written • Proven ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
