As a Diamond Consultant, you lead our customers through our unique Spence Experience. You will be a product expert who builds trusted relationships while guiding clients to the perfect diamond or jewelry selection. Report to the Store Director. Full‑time, weekday, weekend, and evening rotating schedule. Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through the Spence Experience, delivering our diamond presentation and educating and empowering customers. Offer tailored solution proposals and manage the sales process from consultation to closing. Maintain rigorous sales activities to sharpen skills, achieve targets, and drive performance. Build lasting client relationships through follow‑up via in‑store, phone, or email to nurture a book of business. Serve as a product expert on diamonds and our 2,500+ style catalog, staying up‑to‑date on knowledge and training. Participate in a team environment, upholding Spence’s core values of Respect, Integrity, Accountability, Transparency, Quality, and Passion. Assist showroom cleanliness, packaging, and other team tasks as needed. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in a highly competitive sales environment is preferred. Strong communicator with respectful and skilled verbal and written communication skills. Goal‑oriented and motivated by personal and company goals (quota, revenue, activity). Problem‑solver who can identify client needs and propose solutions. Proactive in seeking sales leads and following up according to protocols. Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of $50,000 annually, plus commissions on each sale and annual bonuses. Total earnings typically range from $90,000 to $120,000+ depending on location and performance. Full‑time, weekdays, weekends and evenings on a rotating schedule to cover our 7‑day operations.
