As a Technical Support Representative, you will provide first-level technical support and customer service solutions for client products. You won’t just answer calls — you’ll guide customers through solutions, build trust, and take ownership of the entire customer experience.
This fully remote Technical Support Representative opportunity is open to candidates residing in Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan, Nova Scotia, Alberta, British Columbia, Newfoundland and Labrador or New Brunswick.
