Lead crucial e-commerce analytics at Home Depot, diving deep into customer journeys and AI insights. Optimize digital KPIs, enhance conversion rates, and drive robust analytical strategies.

As Senior Manager of E-Commerce and Personalization Analytics, you will spearhead comprehensive analyses into website traffic and customer behavior. Your expertise will guide the development of real-time dashboards and frameworks for monitoring digital performance, ensuring precision in tracking AI-driven shopping behaviors and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct deep-dives into customer journey analytics • Develop automated dashboards for digital KPI visibility • Establish AI behavior tracking and measurement frameworks • Oversee digital marketing tagging strategies and implementation • Mentor digital analysts for skill development

Requirements: • 7-10 years in e-commerce analytics and CRO • Proficiency in Adobe and Google analytics tools • Experience with AI technologies and tracking methodologies • 5+ years in leadership roles managing teams • Bachelor’s Degree; MBA or MS preferred
