As ATB Wealth’s next Wealth Experience Associate, you are passionate about assisting Financial Advisors in managing and administering an assigned portfolio of ATB Wealth clients. Under the direction of the Manager, you are client obsessed and will be responsible for ensuring ongoing delivery of friendly, efficient and professional post‑sale service and support to a portfolio of ATB Wealth clients. You also seek out new information, share your ideas with the internal administrative support to your team. You bring your best self to work everyday as your other responsibilities include delivery of client investment needs, preparation and scheduling of annual and prospective client meetings and building strong internal relationships to maintain high levels of service. This is a temporary 12‑month term opportunity, with potential for extension. Accountabilities
Acts as the first point of contact for clients and strives to execute client requests with minimal to no Financial Advisor involvement, as appropriate. Determines which requests require investment advice and communicates these effectively to the Financial Advisor. Responds to client questions or concerns regarding investment products, processing procedures, fees and charges, and settlement expectations. Contacts and meets with clients to coordinate the signing of investment documents, opens additional accounts, and answers any questions raised. Organizes and attends client hosting events by planning all event management activities to ensure a successful and value‑add affair. Maintains a strong understanding of investment‑related regulations, sales processes, policies & procedures, and compliance requirements. Ensures the efficient preparation and fulfillment of all client account and transactional information requests and provides follow‑up service in a timely manner. Manages Financial Advisor’s client bookings through proactive scheduling of annual reviews and prospect meetings and advance preparation of materials for scheduled meetings. Monitors upcoming investment maturities through a diary system and proactively initiates renewal steps with clients. Follows best practices in maintaining up to date client information and record keeping. Ensures post‑meeting notes and future action plans are updated and captured within Salesforce. Ensures all trading activities are processed in accordance with client requests and resolves any issues raised. Supports the wealth professional as a CIRO Registered Investment Representative and excels with G‑suite tools and other wealth management systems. Skills, experience & requirements
The ability to (or working towards) CIRO Registered as an Investment Representative. Completion of CSC/CPH or CIRE. WME or RSE would be an asset. Good working knowledge of wealth management solutions, sales processes, policies, and procedures. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively. Exceptional administrative, organizational, and detail‑oriented skills. Adept at cultivating professional connections through both digital and traditional channels. Proven experience in prospecting and networking in previous roles is an asset. Ability to oversee all administrative aspects of client investment accounts. Strong working knowledge of G‑suite and computer skills. Some post‑secondary education preferred or previous industry related experience would be an asset.
