Job description

Description

:History of the Vietnam Wars: Colonization and Decolonization Dynamics since 111 BCE

This course traces the history of Vietnam from the Chinese occupation to the present day, focusing on a structural analysis of the dynamics of colonization and decolonization rather than an ideological one. It shows how the country’s geography has consistently thwarted foreign conquests—whether Chinese, French, or American—thereby sustaining a centuries-old tradition of resistance that culminated in the country’s unification in 1975.
