Job description
Join Farm Boy as a Supervisor of Meat Production Operations, driving quality standards and safety protocols in our food production workplace. Play a crucial role in enhancing the fresh food shopping experience for our valued customers. In this supervisory position, you will actively lead the meat production team, ensuring alignment with the highest quality and food safety expectations. You will also support the training and development of team members while promoting a collaborative environment that strives for efficiency and excellence. Key Responsibilities

Oversee department staff and daily production tasks Ensure product quality and compliance with food standards Assist with training and directing team members Enforce health and sanitation practices consistently Drive improvements in production methods and practices Requirements
