Job Description

This exciting Call Center opportunity is for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join a growing team on a long-term contract! The clients are looking for individuals with a super star personality and great customer service skills.

The role will start with on-site training in Kanata for the first 6 to 8 weeks and then transition into full-time work from home. The training will be from Monday to Friday, 8 : 30am to 5pm.

After the training, the successful candidate must be available to work morning, evening and overnight shifts from MONDAY TO SUNDAY

Start date : July 29th , will start on an 11 week contract with potential extension to August 2025.

Pay Rate : $17.75 / h

The role involves :

  • Working at a welcome desk and handling customer requests.
  • Coordinating conference calls, registering incoming calls and emails.
  • Dispatching them according to service commitments, creating technical support tickets, placing orders on parts, and maintaining accurate inventory.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have :

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Flexible to work Monday to Sunday, daytime and evenings, including overnights.
  • Problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce and ticketing is also an asset.
