Job description

Our client, a leading provider in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inside Sales / Account Coordinator to join their team. As an Inside Sales / Account Coordinator, you will be part of the sales support team supporting customer relationship management and order processing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Inside Sales / Account Coordinator

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Markham, ON

Shift: Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:00pm, Friday- 8:30am to 1:00pm

What's the Job?

  • Support sales operations by processing customer orders and preparing quotes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed product and service information
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flow and communication
  • Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives

What's Needed?

  • 15-20 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or account support within a customer-focused environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and order management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems; experience with inventory or order management systems is an asset
