As Plant Manager, you will lead all aspects of plant operations and a dedicated on-site team. Your focus will include maintaining high standards of safety and production quality. Your strategic vision will be paramount in bolstering operational success and compliance.
Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all daily plant operations and team performance • Ensure safe and efficient production standards • Manage operational budget and staff performance • Develop policies, procedures, and KPIs for the plant • Optimize productivity through continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: • Engineering degree or relevant field qualification • Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing production management • Strong leadership capabilities and people management • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills • Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
