Airport Team Lead People Agency is looking for an outgoing, organized, people-first Team Lead to support airport activations inside a leading Canadian airport during FIFA, as well as community events throughout the year. This role is a great fit for someone who loves working with people, can bring good energy to a team, and is looking for a flexible opportunity with room to grow. We hire for attitude first. You are: A natural communicator Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure Excited to coach, motivate, and support a team Comfortable working in busy, public environments Confident using email, internet tools, and basic reporting Bonus: comfortable capturing photos or content Responsibilities: Lead and support Brand Ambassadors on-site Represent the airport brand with professionalism and personality Keep the team motivated and focused on program goals Manage breaks, inventory, assets, and activation flow Oversee set-up, tear-down, troubleshooting, and footprint maintenance Communicate with the PPL account team and client when required Complete post-shift reporting Support community events and special activations throughout the year What we offer: $27/hour Flexible scheduling Incentive bonus opportunities Opportunities to grow within PPL Mileage, drive time, per diems, or rental car support for out-of-city events, where applicable Status:
