Invites applications for the position of FRENCH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (FSL) TEACHER (YOTBU LTO) for the following schools: 52% St. Padre Pio CES, 33% Pope Francis CES, 15% St. Angela Merici CES.
FTE: 1.0
Effective: Immediately - open ended
Required Qualifications / Experience
- FSL - Part 1 and/or other French qualifications as recorded on Ontario College of Teachers Certificate (OCT)
- High degree of oral and written proficiency in the French language
- Primary and/or Junior and/or Intermediate Division Qualifications
Desired Qualifications / Experience
- Experience teaching in the Primary and/or Junior and/or Intermediate Division
- Trained in the Accelerated Integrated Method (AIM/Gestures)
- FSL - Part 2 or Specialist qualification
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
