Job description
Lead operations as a Supervisor at Compass Minerals' Underground Salt Mine in Goderich, Ontario. Drive safety, production standards, and team efficiency in a dynamic work environment.

Compass Minerals is seeking two Mine Production Supervisors for its engaged team in Goderich. This on-site, full-time role involves overseeing mining operations and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Actively participate in production planning, lead your team in achieving set goals, and maintain a culture of safety and excellence in a unique underground environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Ensure adherence to safety policies and protocols • Direct mining and production operations daily • Conduct weekly and monthly safety audits • Maintain accurate communication logs for shift changes • Investigate and report safety incidents swiftly

Requirements: • High School diploma or GED essential • 5 years of mining experience required, soft rock preferred • Familiarity with Regulations for Mines and Mining Plants • Supervisory Common Core certification preferred • Proficient with MS Office applications
