Job description
Be at the forefront of cryptographic innovation as the Lead for Post-Quantum Cryptography Readiness in Ottawa, ON. This role focuses on developing strategies to combat emerging quantum-capable cyber threats.

The Lead will manage the enterprise-wide cryptographic modernization strategy for the government sector. You will identify risks through comprehensive inventory assessments and create migration plans in accordance with Government of Canada standards. Collaborating with cyber security and infrastructure teams, you will facilitate the transition to quantum-resistant security measures.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee cryptographic modernization strategy implementation • Conduct comprehensive cryptographic inventory assessments • Identify systems and technologies at risk • Establish migration requirements adhering to standards • Develop centralized cryptography governance practices

Requirements: • Expertise in enterprise cryptography and security architecture • Strong knowledge of risk management and governance • Experience translating technical regulatory requirements • Ability to work with cross-disciplinary teams • Commitment to protecting sensitive information
