Job description
Team Vincent Motorsports is looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on Lot & Delivery Specialist to join our growing team in Ayr, ON. If you enjoy working around ATVs, Side X Sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, and everything motorsports—this could be a great fit. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, enjoys working independently and with a team, and understands the importance of delivering a great customer experience. Responsibilities

Safely complete customer deliveries and dealer pickups Transport units between locations when required Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking lot Move and stage inventory units throughout the dealership Detail and prepare units to “ready‑to‑ride” standards Assist with showroom setup and seasonal displays Perform general lot maintenance and cleanup duties Help unload incoming shipments and organize inventory Support multiple departments in a fast‑paced environment Interact professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries Qualifications

Valid G driver’s license required Comfortable towing trailers and driving trucks Strong attention to detail and organization skills Ability to work independently and stay motivated Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and team‑oriented Ability to lift and move powersports equipment/accessories when needed Customer service experience is considered an asset Previous dealership, detailing, delivery, or lot experience is an asset — but we’re willing to train the right person Benefits
