We're looking for a Pool Installation Crew Lead to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with construction, landscaping, excavation, or installation experience who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role or for an experienced crew member who enjoys helping others succeed.
You'll work alongside a skilled team to build beautiful backyard pools and outdoor spaces that homeowners will enjoy for years to come. You'll be hands-on, active, and involved in the work from start to finish, while helping guide a small crew and keeping projects moving safely and efficiently.
You don't need to have every qualification listed below to apply. If you're reliable, hardworking, mechanically inclined, take pride in your work, and are ready to grow your skills, we'd like to hear from you.
As a Crew Lead, you'll support the Foreman and help guide a crew of 1?2 team members through the pool installation process.
