Job description
Elevate your career as a Speech Language Pathologist with Bayshore, focusing on assessment and treatment strategies for diverse clients. This role is pivotal for enhancing communication and language skills in various treatment settings.

As a Speech Language Pathologist at Bayshore, you will assess clients, create and evaluate individualized treatment programs, and document progress meticulously. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team, offering education and recommendations to clients and caregivers. This position also involves maintaining active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario while engaging in continuous professional development.

Key Responsibilities: • Assess clients and establish tailored treatment plans • Document clinical records and treatment outcomes accurately • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care • Educate clients on treatment strategies and goals • Mentor assistants in the speech and language program

Requirements: • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology • Registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario • Three years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology services • Familiarity with in-home assessments and legal systems • Valid driver's license
