Position Summary Brighter Staffing Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to support strategic business decisions and operational improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and passionate about transforming data into actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, improve reporting processes, and contribute to data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
