Job description
Elevate your career as a Due Diligence Analyst with Partner One, a leading investment group. This full-time role focuses on strategic analysis and assessments in acquisitions within the Mergers and Acquisition team.

As a key member of the Mergers and Acquisition team at Partner One, you will engage in due diligence activities for software company acquisitions. Candidates should bring up to two years of experience in Corporate Development, M&A, or related fields, alongside strong analytical skills and a degree in Finance or Accounting. Your insights will help in identifying promising acquisition opportunities and support the deal cycle.

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct analysis of commercial and financial data for acquisition targets • Present assessments of acquisition targets’ initial fit • Perform market research to identify industry trends • Identify software businesses that meet acquisition criteria • Support ad-hoc M&A tasks for live deal closures

Requirements: • Up to 2 years in Corporate Development or M&A • Strong academic performance from a top-tier institution • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar • CPA or CFA track is a significant plus • Robust analytical and Excel skills
