The Senior Marketing Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Growth Marketing by measuring, analyzing, and optimizing marketing initiatives across channels and programs. The role transforms complex data into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy, improve campaign performance, and support data-driven decision making. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Automation, Sales, and Data teams, this role supports performance reporting, data queries, and operational processes, while ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility across systems with focus on our automation platform (segmentation/journey logic, workflow QA, and data readiness).

Temporary 12 month position that is open to hybrid/remote working arrangements within British Columbia.

Marketing Performance Measurement & Insights

Partner with Marketing stakeholders to define reporting requirements and measurement frameworks for campaigns, digital initiatives, and marketing programs.

Deliver clear, data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to optimize marketing performance and improve ROI.

Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks in marketing and campaign performance, and communicate findings in a concise, compelling way.

Manage and enhance marketing data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI), ensuring usability, accuracy, and accessibility across teams.

Design, build, and maintain dashboards in and reporting tools that enable stakeholders to monitor key performance metrics and campaign outcomes.

Marketing Data Enablement

Own and deliver recurring performance reports across marketing channels and programs.

Support ad hoc data queries from Marketing and Automation teams, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery.

Document and maintain segmentation and journey/workflow logic to support governance, repeatability, and auditability.

Monitor quality assurance for campaign workflows and automations to ensure measurable execution and accurate downstream reporting.

Pull, validate, and transform data from the data warehouse and other sources to support targeting, attribution, and performance reporting.

Support CRM and marketing automation data readiness for campaigns by maintaining required audience and measurement fields.

Campaign & Program Analysis

Support campaign analysis and pre- and post-campaign reporting to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.

Analyze channel performance across paid, owned, and earned media to support optimization.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure required data sources and inputs are available for analysis.

Data Management & Governance

Partner with Analytics, BI, and Enterprise Data teams to define data source requirements and enable reliable marketing reporting.

Maintain data quality, consistency, and governance standards for marketing performance reporting.

Standardize measurement documentation (definitions, logic, and processes) to improve consistency and reuse across teams.

What you’ll bring:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Analytics, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance measurement, or an equivalent analytical role.

Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, marketing strategy, and KPI measurement.

Experience developing dashboards, campaign reporting, and post-campaign analysis.

Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights and present them clearly to stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

Annual salary range:

$77,400 - $96,800
