Job description
Shape sustainability strategies by becoming Array Marketing's new Sustainability Manager, focused on client interactions and commercial integration in Scarborough. Your expertise will be vital in guiding emissions initiatives and client sustainability requirements.

In this full-time role, reporting to the Sr. Director of Sustainability, you’ll engage with Sales and Operations teams while directly influencing client proposals and presentations. This position demands adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset, serving North American clients while collaborating globally. Your knowledge in carbon footprint analysis will bridge technical and commercial efforts effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead sustainability efforts for client proposals and presentations • Develop and oversee GHG inventory and emissions tracking • Support sustainability reporting and KPIs across clients • Build tools like carbon calculators to enhance client solutions • Collaborate with suppliers for Scope 3 emissions reductions

Requirements: • Experience in sustainability within a commercial context • Strong knowledge of GHG accounting and reporting frameworks • Excellent client-facing presentation skills • Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams • Adaptable and proactive in evolving environments
