Job description

As an Office Administrator and Scale Operator, you will support various administrative tasks while focusing on scale room operations. The Andersons, Inc. seeks someone efficient in maintaining documentation and managing weighing activities for trucks. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accuracy and quality during grain operations, especially during harvest.

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain files and produce necessary reports promptly • Adhere to standard procedures for task completion • Provide assistance on assigned administrative projects • Weigh trucks accurately for inbound and outbound shipments • Execute quality tests on all grain loads

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required • 0-2 years of relevant administrative experience needed • Basic skills to execute routine tasks effectively • Capable of working closely under supervision • Willing to take on overtime during harvest season
