Oversee all day‑to‑day building and site operations Develop strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors Manage and provide direction to site staff Manage and prioritize tenant service requests Issue work orders to complete building or site maintenance and improvement work Ensure monthly service contracts are completed in a timely professional manner Track keys and access FOBS Maintain all building and site maintenance logs Assist with tenant move‑ins and move‑outs Assist and help manage tenant improvements when needed Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting Coordinate and manage all tenant appreciation events Manage and track maintenance inventory On‑call emergency response What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years of commercial real estate experience Technology/computer proficiency Personable and reliable Good understanding of construction processes and practices Valid driver’s license and vehicle Ability to handle modern technology and adapt to change Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, strong initiative, effective communication with a wide variety of constituents Ability to work independently with little supervision Proven multi‑tasking, problem‑solving, and prioritizing workloads capabilities Knowledge of modern HVAC systems considered an asset Salary Range
