Director, Pricing & Product Management

Our client is looking to hire a Director, Pricing & Product Management [Insurance] on a full-time basis. This is an in office 5 days per week role and is newly created to capitalize on organic growth.
As the Director, Pricing & Product provides actuarial and strategic leadership in support of pricing, product design, capital management, enterprise risk management, reinsurance strategy, and compliance across the Company. T provides actuarial and strategic leadership in support of pricing, product design, capital management, enterprise risk management, reinsurance strategy, and compliance across the Company. This is an individual contributor ['doer'] role. The role is accountable for:

• Supporting pricing strategy and product profitability
• Leading actuarial support for product review, innovation and design
• Leading capital and risk management analytics
• Oversight and support for reinsurance design and strategy
• Providing independent actuarial oversight and governance

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands on actuarial experience with emphasis on reinsurance pricing, program design, capital or risk management.
• Experience with reciprocals, mutuals or other insurance entities is strongly preferred.
