Overview

Are you looking to grow your career in a firm where professional rigor goes hand in hand with a true work-life balance? Our client, a well‑established accounting firm, serves a loyal client base of SMEs, including several agricultural businesses. Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and present clients’ financial statements, ensuring compliance with current accounting standards. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, helping them make informed financial decisions. Manage full client accounting, produce tax filings, and provide recommendations on taxation and financial planning. Prepare and submit required government forms and reports. Participate in asset transfers, retirement planning, and business sales or acquisitions. Collaborate with clients to improve their financial processes and optimize profitability. Contribute to complex engagements and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Stay up to date on legislative and regulatory changes affecting clients and propose tailored solutions. Benefits

Work location: Nicolet, QC – Hybrid: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote. Flexible schedule with a lighter workload during summer. 35‑hour workweek. Overtime paid or banked. 12 days of sick/family leave (monetizable). Very competitive total compensation package, with built‑in annual salary increases. Highly collaborative work environment.
