Job description
Lead product innovation as the BEES Product Owner & Implementation Manager at Labatt Breweries in Toronto. Focus on improving digital strategies and operational efficiencies.

You will take ownership of the BEES platform, managing its roadmap and ensuring successful feature delivery. With a background in project management and a keen interest in technology, you’ll collaborate with diverse teams to enhance the customer experience. This role involves implementing effective solutions for regions and partners.

Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute digital product strategy for BEES • Facilitate digital transformation for ordering and loyalty • Prioritize features in partnership with business teams • Oversee go-to-market strategies for best outcomes • Implement features based on partner needs

Requirements: • Relevant university degree in Business or related area • 3-5 years in project management or technology execution • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities • Interest in e-commerce and UI design is essential
