About Integrity Express Logistics

Integrity Express Logistics (IEL) is a family‑owned business with over 30 years of experience in shipping and logistics. We focus on customer relations and employ the most reliable employees to deliver innovative, efficient solutions. Responsibilities

Maintain daily account operations and remain highly organized. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and carriers through consistent communication and award‑winning customer service. Perform account management tasks including load building, appointment scheduling, phone management, and email correspondence. Dispatch trucks to pickup locations and conduct daily check calls to ensure timely pickup and delivery of product. Qualify carriers that best match customers’ shipments. Communicate shipment details and negotiate rates with prospective carriers. Perform ad‑hoc duties as required. Benefits

Focus, self‑motivation, problem‑solving skills, and strong attention to detail. Top‑notch customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment. Positive attitude and effective communication skills. High school graduate or equivalent. Proficiency in keyboarding and familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
