Job description
Join Fidelity Canada as a Regulatory Compliance Manager, combining remote and in-office work in Toronto and Mississauga. Enhance compliance measures while managing the Trade Surveillance Program. This contract role runs until October 2027 and requires expertise in the investment dealer industry. You will oversee daily operations, manage alerts for potentially manipulative practices, and support regulatory reporting. Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in pre-trade risk controls are pivotal for this position. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee Trade Surveillance Program operations and investigations • Collaborate on risk control improvements across trading platforms • Track and monitor limit breaches and adjustments • Analyze CIRO Electronic Trading Rules and provide recommendations • Escalate compliance incidents and assist with regulatory reporting Requirements: • 5+ years in compliance or trading roles • Relevant university degree completion • Experience with derivatives and trade surveillance • Strong knowledge of Electronic Trading Rules and AML regulations • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and market data systems Drive compliance and risk management to safeguard Fidelity Canada's trading integrity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
