You will manage our real estate transactions from pending to closing. As a key team player, you’ll be the right-hand support to our executive leadership, taking tasks off their plate, keeping things organized, and helping drive the success of the business. Compensation :
- $50,000 - $55,000 salary

Responsibilities :
Support real estate transactions, assisting with contracts, listing agreements, buyer agencies, and other essential documentsOverlook executive schedules, priorities, and day-to-day operationsServe as a gatekeeper, handling calls, emails, and requests while ensuring timely follow-upsOversee and coordinate high-level projects, ensuring timely executionHandle social media and marketing efforts to promote listings, the team, and the businessMaintain confidential records, documents, and reports with professionalismContinuously find ways to enhance office efficiency and team productivityTake on special projects and initiatives to support overall business growthQualifications :
Previous experience in real estate operations (preferred)Strong organizational and time management skillsExperience with Microsoft Office, REALM, and DocuSign (preferred but not required)A proactive, problem-solving mindset —you see what needs to be done and take actionAbility to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsSocial media and marketing experience (a plus, but not required)A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive informationStrong customer service skills and the ability to work well with different personalitiesProficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programsShows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communicationHistory of being deadline-driven and extremely organizedAbout Company
