Become a General Surgeon with Horizon Health Network, located in the beautiful Upper River Valley of New Brunswick. Engage in both elective and emergency surgeries while supporting an esteemed health authority. This position allows you to be part of a team that provides diverse surgical services to a vibrant community. You will perform outpatient assessments and manage inpatient care, alongside daily consultations and teaching responsibilities. Moreover, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team will ensure all patient and staff educational needs are met. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver both elective and emergency surgical care • Provide outpatient clinics and minor surgery services • Conduct daily rounds on hospitalized patients • Offer consultations as needed by hospital staff • Teach and mentor residents and medical students Requirements: • Eligible for medical practice in New Brunswick • Must meet College of Physicians and Surgeons criteria • Insurance from CMPA or equivalent is essential • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Reliable work attendance Leverage your surgical skills to serve the Upper River Valley community effectively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
