Job description
Elevate store operations as a District Manager leading multiple locations. Focus on sales targets, employee training, and inventory management through a results-oriented approach and strong leadership. In this key position, you will oversee daily operations for 10 to 18 stores, guiding store managers and their teams toward success. Your role emphasizes effective recruitment, performance management, and upholding company values. Regular store visits facilitate active engagement and collaboration in achieving operational excellence and identifying areas for growth. Key Responsibilities: • Direct day-to-day operations for assigned stores • Recruit and train effective teams for optimal performance • Implement programs and strategies to enhance operations • Conduct daily visits to ensure standards are met • Analyze sales and performance indicators for improvement Requirements: • 5–10 years in management roles in retail; 4 years as Store Manager • Relevant educational background preferred • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to communicate and build relationships • Hands-on approach, frequently present in stores Drive operational success and motivate your team to achieve outstanding results across the retail landscape. #J-18808-Ljbffr
