Job description
Elevate your counseling expertise at Homewood Health™ as a Bilingual Counseling Professional in Gaspé, Quebec. Offer in-person, solution-focused therapy to diverse clients on a contract basis. Homewood Health™ seeks registered mental health professionals to deliver effective counseling through their Stay at Work Services and Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). In this role, you will provide short-term, solution-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, families, and children wrestling with various challenges, from stress management to interpersonal skills. Maintain the highest professional standards while engaging in clinical consultations. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver solution-oriented counseling sessions in-person • Support clients with issues like anxiety and relationship conflicts • Document therapy outcomes and maintain compliance with best practices • Collaborate with the clinical management team as needed • Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards Requirements: • Master’s degree in counseling or related field • Active registration with a provincial regulatory college • Three years of relevant experience in counseling or social services • Bilingual proficiency in English and French required • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite Make a meaningful impact by supporting mental health with Homewood Health™ in Gaspé. #J-18808-Ljbffr
