Job description
Drive high-impact sterile production as a dedicated Supervisor. Manage production schedules, ensure compliance with aseptic protocols, and lead a motivated team in this full-time, on-site role. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and enhance sterile manufacturing processes while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include team development through training and coaching in aseptic practices, optimizing production schedules, and supporting new product introductions. You’ll also track key performance indicators to facilitate continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise team to achieve production goals • Establish effective communication with other departments • Design and implement training plans • Maintain compliance in all aseptic procedures • Support continuous improvement and new product initiatives Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Science or related • 5-8 years in a supervisory role needed • Experience in sterile pharmaceutical environments preferred • Required knowledge in microbiology • Must be bilingual (French and English) Lead dynamic operations to ensure high standards of quality and productivity in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing. #J-18808-Ljbffr
