The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides consulting and direction regarding employee relations matters to managers, leaders and employees within Apple's Retail organization. Key objectives include legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies in a consistent, objective and fair fashion that fosters the Credo, accomplished through deep partnership with the Centres of Excellence (COEs).
Base pay range: $113,400 – $170,100 CAD. Benefits include comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted Apple products and free services, tuition reimbursement, employee stock programs including restricted stock unit awards and Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and potential eligibility for discretionary bonuses and relocation assistance.
7–12+ years of HR experience in employee relations; deep expertise in conducting investigations and documentation; knowledge of local, provincial, and federal employment laws; experience managing multiple priorities across markets; ability to travel 20–30%; working proficiency in English and French-Canadian.
